IEEE IST Student Branch is an official student branch of IEEE, the world's largest professional association for engineers. As a vibrant community of students passionate about technology and innovation at Instituto Superior Técnico, we aim to foster a collaborative environment where students can learn, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals.

Our branch organizes a variety of activities, including workshops, lectures, and social events, to enhance the student experience and promote professional development. Having in mind the motto of IEEE, "Advancing Technology for Humanity", the IEEE IST Student Branch proposal is to always do better by its members in supporting engineering and developing a better world.
